When the player touches a certain 'enemy' event, a menu and 'battle' system is brought up allowing for combat directly on the map. So that when they were inside it and the two collided, the battle engine would start and use the player coordinates to determine attacks. My best idea was that there may have been an invisible event 'area' or something. I was uncertain how they did this as the idea of having to write a battle for every single area of the game sounded impossible, I assumed there was a global event somehow. I am attempting to do something similar to that. In the old game 'Chrono Trigger', characters would run on a map, and when they would collide with an enemy they would go into a turn based battle directly on the map itself. Well, I suppose the best way to describe it would be through an existing video game. Thank you so much in advance for any help, I hope I have not sounded like an idiot in my explanation, I am really really lost.

Also about Clickteam's other products, such as the Install Creator. I really want to purchase this product but I have tried to get it to work in the free version and gotten nowhere. r/clickteam An UNOFFICIAL Subreddit for Clickteam Fusion 2.5, Multimedia Fusion 2, and it's standard and developer variants. It is a complicated idea I know but an essential one for an idea I have and I have no problem explaining in more detail, I am just trying to explain it as best I can using the terminology available through the program. Once the game objects are destroyed, the player objects are released and free to move around again. Once the events are all in place, a menu system is brought up and choices are made on how to destroy the game objects. The movement to the coordinates would only happen within that backdrop itself and would not move them to another one of the backdrops if they are on the same frame. By setting it up as a global event, I want it to allow me to copy the backdrop and adjust it, along with the coordinates, and paste it in multiple areas. To explain, when the player's object collides with the game's object while standing inside of the 'backdrop', I want them to slide to a pre determined coordinate placed on the backdrop itself.

The full version may have a better tool to use. It does not have to be a backdrop, but with the free version it is all I can see available. I am trying to craft an invisible adjustable background, like a backdrop with predetermined coordinates set as a global event. I really don't want to spend money on a product that will not allow me to do what I need it to do.
